Landal appoints Boukje Taphoorn as Chief Marketing and Digital Product Officer

Amsterdam, Monday 15 June 2026 — Landal today announces the appointment of Boukje Taphoorn as Chief Marketing and Digital Product Officer (CMPO) and Marleen van de Pol as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

The appointment is part of a strengthening of Landal's commercial leadership structure. Both appointments reflect the growing strategic importance of these disciplines as Landal continues to grow across Europe.

Boukje Taphoorn

Boukje Taphoorn brings extensive experience in marketing, digital product and e-commerce. She started her career at Unilever, where she led European brand management for major brands from London. She then moved to creative agency wieden+kennedy and later to Google, where she was a member of the Benelux Board and led full-funnel marketing for iconic brands across FMCG, automotive and consumer electronics. Most recently, she was Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer at bol, where she led the teams responsible for marketing, digital product, UX, ESG and Partner & Customer success, helping to build bol into the largest e-commerce platform in the Netherlands.

Marleen van de Pol

Alongside Boukje's appointment, Marleen van de Pol joins the Executive Team as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for Revenue Management and Sales. Marleen brings over 18 years of experience at Air France-KLM, where she held leadership roles across Pricing and Revenue Management, Customer Experience and Network Planning. Since joining Landal, she has led Revenue Management and Sales and built a strong track record in commercial performance. She brings the analytical rigour, the commercial instinct and the leadership experience this role demands. Her appointment to the Executive Team reflects the growing strategic importance of revenue management within Landal's commercial organisation.
